To place an order simply browse our store and add your items to the shopping trolley. Then click on 'Checkout' and follow the instructions to complete the order.



HOW TO ORDER

There are 3 ways to shop at Bazaar Foods.

  3. Collection:  www.bazaarfoods.co.uk  -  Simply select this option at the checkout.



Orders for 'Fresh Vegetables or Fruit'
Fresh vegetables are received several times a week.  As some products are seasonal they will not be available all year round.  For example, Indian mangoes.

 

With regards to fresh fruit and vegetables, if you are not satisfied, you can return it to the driver at the time of delivery and you will be eligible for a refund. Therefore, the customer is responsible for checking the fresh fruit and vegetables before the driver leaves. No refunds or exchange can be offered after the driver has left.


Orders for 'Mithai’s / Indian Sweets'
Fresh Mithai is delivered every Wednesday and Thursday.  However, they can be refrigerated up to 2 weeks.


Orders for special occasions or specific sweets must be received by Monday morning.  Large orders require at least a weeks notice to allow delivery in time.

 

Order & Collect
If you need an order urgently or do not wish to pay delivery charges, you can select 'Collection' at checkout. We will notify you once your order is available for collection.

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Any customer wishing to cancel their order must do so before 4pm the day before delivery or collection to avoid a charge being made. Cancellations will only be allowed in exceptional circumstances.  

 

PAYMENT
We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa and MasterCard). 

 

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday excluding Bank Holidays.

  • We endeavour to deliver your order by your specified delivery date.  However, delivery can be between 1 to 5 working days.  We will notify you when your delivery is ready to be dispatched.

  • If no one is available to accept the delivery, Bazaar Foods will call you to arrange an alternative delivery time. A re-delivery fee of £3 will be charged.

  • With regards to 'Collection', if you fail to collect your order within 2 working days (including Saturday) of receiving your email confirmation, your order will be cancelled. In addition you will be charged a £3 handling fee and refunded the remaining amount. Alternatively, please call us to avoid cancellation.

 

If the customer has instructed for their order to be delivered to a neighbour or friend, our driver will ensure your items are left appropriately and undamaged.  This will be pointed out to the person receiving the goods. Therefore, Bazaar Foods will not be liable for any issues or damages to the products including leakages to atta/rice bags once the driver has left.

 

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery Charges for Milton Keynes:
Orders valued at £15 or less, will be charged a £3 delivery charge. Order values that are above £15 and below £30, will be charged a £1 delivery charge. Order values that are above £30 are eligible for FREE delivery. 
However, If your order value is predominantly made up from rice or flour, you will be charged £3 for delivery.

 

Delivery Charges for Northampton (NN1, NN2, NN3, NN4, NN5, NN6, NN7, NN12):

Orders valued below £40, will be charged a £3 delivery charge. Order values that are £40 and above are eligible for FREE delivery. However, If your order value is predominantly made up from rice or flour, you will be charged £3 for delivery.

 

Delivery Charges for Buckingham and Leighton Buzzard:

Orders valued at £40 or less, will be charged a £4.99 delivery charge. Order values above £40 are eligible for FREE delivery.

 

Delivery Charges for Bedford and Dunstable:

Orders valued at £60 or less, will be charged a £5.99 delivery charge. Order values above £60 are eligible for FREE delivery.

 

Delivery Charges for Aylesbury, Biggleswade and Bicester:

Orders valued at £60 or less, will be charged a £5.99 delivery charge. Order values above £60 are eligible for FREE delivery.


Delivery Charges for the rest of the UK:
Orders valued at £60 or less and weigh 20kg or below, will be charged a £5.99 delivery charge. Order values above £60 and weigh 20kg or below are eligible for FREE delivery. However, for orders placed outside of the areas listed above with a total parcel weight of above 20kg, you will be charged 50p per kilo and we will contact you to discuss your delivery (see below for breakdown of charges).

 

Rest of the United Kingdom delivery charges:

 

- Order £60 or above + 20kg or less = FREE Delivery

- Order £60 or above + Over 20kg = First 20kg Free + 50p per extra kilo

- Order Below £60 + 20kg or less = £5.99 Delivery Charge

- Order Below £60 + Over 20kg = £5.99 + 50p per extra kilo

 

Orders with frozen/chilled items may incur an additional charge due to the special packaging required. An additional charge will depend on the amount of packaging required for your order. If your order requires additional packaging Bazaar Foods will contact you to let you know prior to dispatching your order.

Orders that contain fragile items such as Pani Puri, although we will always strive to pack to avoid them being broken, we cannot guarantee and Bazaar Foods will not be liable to provide a refund. If you would like us to send it via a fragile service this will come at an additional charge - please contact us if you would like to find out more and arrange a fragile delivery for your order on 01908 564848.

SAME DAY DELIVERY OR COLLECTION

Same day delivery or collection only applies to orders in Milton Keynes and Northampton.

To guarantee same day delivery, orders must be placed before 1pm on the day. If it is placed after 1pm, we will do our utmost to deliver your goods on the same day. Otherwise it will be delivered the following day.


If for any reason an item is unavailable in your order and is expected to be available the following day, we will schedule your delivery for the following day. We will inform you via email.  



MISSED DELIVERY

If your order contains perishable products (Vegetables, Fruits, Frozen Or Chilled items), it is the customers responsibility to ensure someone is present at the time of delivery to accept the parcel. We will send a tracking ID to the email address associated with your order once your parcel has been dispatched by us. You will also receive email/sms notifications by our delivery partner to update you on your order journey.

If you are unable to take delivery at the given time and date by our delivery partner, it is your responsibility to inform them to reschedule. They will send you a link via email/sms on the day of delivery if you need to reschedule, leave with a neighbour (you must provide the door number of the neighbour), or if you would like the driver to leave your parcel in a safe place - you must specify where.

Bazaar Foods is not liable for any damage caused to goods in your order if you have to reschedule or if you fail to accept your parcel during the time slot given.


 

RETURNS

We have a commitment to bring you the best quality products at our most competitive prices.  We want you to feel completely confident and satisfied when you buy from us.


To return an item/s you must email us at info@bazaarfoods.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. We will then arrange a collection. The item must be unopened and in its original condition, together with your invoice. You have the option for a refund or an exchange. 

 

Deliveries within Milton Keynes

All frozen or chilled products cannot be returned.  


Deliveries outside Milton Keynes

To return an item/s you must email us at info@bazaarfoods.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. We will then arrange a collection. The item must be unopened and in its original condition, together with your invoice. You have the option for a refund or an exchange. 

 

ISSUE/QUERIES WITH ORDER:

If you feel you have a query with your order for example, an item is missing, the customer must inform Bazaar Foods within 3 hours of receiving the delivery via email at :

LIMITS ON RICES & FLOURS

An order can consist of a maximum of two bags of each type of rice or flour. If this has been exceeded, Bazaar Foods has the right to cancel the additional bags ordered and refund the money back onto your payment card. If you require more than a quantity of two for any bag of rice or flour, please contact us at info@bazaarfoods.co.uk.

 

PROMOTIONAL CODES

When using any promotional code you can only add a maximum of one bag each of any rice and atta (flour). If you have added more than one each we will contact you to either cancel or amend the order.

 

CUSTOMER REFERRALS

Our systems monitor all customer referrals made using our scheme. If we suspect that you have misused the referral program by either of the following below, we have the right to reverse the referral so that both the referrer and referee will not receive the discount:

  • Referring yourself

  • Asking a friend who is also a customer of Bazaar Foods to refer you

If the referral scheme is misused by you more than once, we have the right to block you from receiving points and rewards from purchases.


PRICING POLICY

  • Weighed items such as vegetables and fruit may vary in weight from that ordered.

  • The prices stated on the site are inclusive of any VAT payable.

  • All prices are shown in £ sterling and are subject to change.

  • Images are provided to help recognise products. Due to packaging redesign and improvements these may not reflect exactly the pack you receive.

  • If an item that you have ordered is out of stock, we will carefully select an alternative product, which you will have the option to purchase or return.

  • We aim to ensure your shopping experience with us is satisfactory. If you experience any difficulties using our site or services, please contact us via email or phone in the first instance.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

  • All customer details remain confidential. Bazaar Foods will not disclose your information to third parties.

  • We do not hold your credit/debit card details.

  • The personal information which you are required to provide when you checkout as a customer, must be true, accurate, current and complete in all respects.

  • You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.

  • Purchasing our products implies that you have read and agree to our terms & conditions.  We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders/delivery requests.
