Shipping policy

 

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday excluding Bank Holidays.

  • We endeavour to deliver your order by your specified delivery date. However, delivery can be between 1 to 5 working days.  We will notify you when your delivery is ready to be dispatched.

  • If no one is available to accept the delivery, Bazaar Foods will call you to arrange an alternative delivery time. A re-delivery fee of £3 will be charged.

  • With regards to 'Collection', if you fail to collect your order within 2 working days (including Saturday) of receiving your email confirmation, your order will be cancelled. In addition you will be charged a £3 handling fee and refunded the remaining amount. Alternatively, please call us to avoid cancellation.

 

If the customer has instructed for their order to be delivered to a neighbour or friend, our driver will ensure your items are left appropriately and undamaged.  This will be pointed out to the person receiving the goods. Therefore, Bazaar Foods will not be liable for any issues or damages to the products including leakages to atta/rice bags once the driver has left.

SAME DAY DELIVERY OR COLLECTION

Same day delivery or collection only applies to orders in Milton Keynes & Northampton.

To guarantee same day delivery, orders must be placed before 11am on the day. If it is placed after 11am, we will do our utmost to deliver your goods on the same day. Otherwise it will be delivered the following day.

 

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery Charges for Milton Keynes:
Orders valued at £15 or less, will be charged a £3 delivery charge. Order values that are above £15 and below £30, will be charged a £1 delivery charge. Order values that are above £30 are eligible for FREE delivery. However, If your order value is predominantly made up from rice or flour, you will be charged £3 for delivery.

 

Delivery Charges for Northampton (NN1, NN2, NN3, NN4, NN5, NN6, NN7, NN12):

Orders valued below £40, will be charged a £3 delivery charge. Order values that are £40 and above are eligible for FREE delivery. However, If your order value is predominantly made up from rice or flour, you will be charged £3 for delivery.

 

Delivery Charges for Buckingham and Leighton Buzzard:

Orders valued at £40 or less, will be charged a £4.99 delivery charge. Order values above £40 are eligible for FREE delivery.

 

Delivery Charges for Bedford and Dunstable:

Orders valued at £60 or less, will be charged a £5.99 delivery charge. Order values above £60 are eligible for FREE delivery.

 

Delivery Charges for Aylesbury, Biggleswade and Bicester:

Orders valued at £60 or less, will be charged a £5.99 delivery charge. Order values above £60 are eligible for FREE delivery.


Delivery Charges for the rest of the UK:
Orders valued at £60 or less and weigh 20kg or below, will be charged a £5.99 delivery charge. Order values above £60 and weigh 20kg or below are eligible for FREE delivery. However, for orders placed outside of the areas listed above with a total parcel weight of above 20kg, you will be charged 50p per kilo and we will contact you to discuss your delivery (see below for breakdown of charges).

 

Rest of the United Kingdom delivery charges:

 

- Order £60 or above + 20kg or less = FREE Delivery

- Order £60 or above + Over 20kg = First 20kg Free + 50p per extra kilo

- Order Below £60 + 20kg or less = £5.99 Delivery Charge

- Order Below £60 + Over 20kg = £5.99 + 50p per extra kilo

 

Orders with frozen/chilled items may incur an additional charge due to the special packaging required. An additional charge will depend on the amount of packaging required for your order. If your order requires additional packaging Bazaar Foods will contact you to let you know prior to dispatching your order.

Orders that contain fragile items such as Pani Puri, although we will always strive to pack to avoid them being broken, we cannot guarantee and Bazaar Foods will not be liable to provide a refund. If you would like us to send it via a fragile service this will come at an additional charge - please contact us if you would like to find out more and arrange a fragile delivery for your order on 01908 564848.

We reserve the right to amend these charges and minimum spend requirements, which are clearly defined during the checkout process.



MISSED DELIVERY

If your order contains perishable products (Vegetables, Fruits, Frozen Or Chilled items), it is the customers responsibility to ensure someone is present at the time of delivery to accept the parcel. We will send a tracking ID to the email address associated with your order once your parcel has been dispatched by us. You will also receive email/sms notifications by our delivery partner to update you on your order journey.

If you are unable to take delivery at the given time and date by our delivery partner, it is your responsibility to inform them to reschedule. They will send you a link via email/sms on the day of delivery if you need to reschedule, leave with a neighbour (you must provide the door number of the neighbour), or if you would like the driver to leave your parcel in a safe place - you must specify where.

Bazaar Foods is not liable for any damage caused to goods in your order if you have to reschedule or if you fail to accept your parcel during the time slot given.


 

RETURNS

We have a commitment to bring you the best quality products at our most competitive prices.  We want you to feel completely confident and satisfied when you buy from us.


To return an item/s you must email us at info@bazaarfoods.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. We will then arrange a collection. The item must be unopened and in its original condition, together with your invoice. You have the option for a refund or an exchange. 

 

Deliveries within Milton Keynes

With regards to fresh fruit and vegetables, if you are not satisfied, you can return it to the driver at the time of delivery and you will be eligible for a refund. Therefore, the customer is responsible for checking the fresh fruit and vegetables before the driver leaves.

All frozen or chilled products cannot be returned.  


Deliveries outside Milton Keynes

All deliveries outside of Milton Keynes are dispatched by 4pm. If we are unable to fulfil an item in your order but can offer a substitute, you must confirm before 4pm otherwise it will be included in your order and a refund will not be accepted. If you would like to return the substituted item you will be liable to pay for any charges incurred. To return an ordered item/s you must email us at info@bazaarfoods.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. We will then arrange a collection. The item must be unopened and in its original condition, together with your invoice. You have the option for a refund or an exchange. 

 

ISSUE/QUERIES WITH ORDER:

If you feel you have a query with your order for example, an item is missing, the customer must inform Bazaar Foods within 3 hours of receiving the delivery via email at :
