RETURNS

We have a commitment to bring you the best quality products at our most competitive prices.  We want you to feel completely confident and satisfied when you buy from us.

To return an item/s you must email us at info@bazaarfoods.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. The item must be unopened and in its original condition, together with your invoice. You have the option for a refund or an exchange. 


Fresh Fruit 

Restrictions apply to fresh produce including fruit and vegetables, frozen and chilled items, religious items and incense products. These products can only be returned or exchanged within your legal rights.

If an item is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately via email at info@bazaarfoods.co.uk together with pictures of the relevant item(s). It is essential to provide images and without these, complaints will not be processed. The images will be inspected, and you may be requested to email more images. If so, please ensure you do so immediately as fresh produce are perishable and will lose their freshness and will void the complaint.




Deliveries within Milton Keynes

With regards to fresh fruit and vegetables, if you are not satisfied, you can return it to the driver at the time of delivery and you will be eligible for a refund. Therefore, the customer is responsible for checking the fresh fruit and vegetables before the driver leaves.

Frozen or chilled products cannot be returned.  

 

Deliveries outside Milton Keynes

If we are unable to fulfil an item a substitute will be provided if available. If you do not want to have substitute items, please mention this in the 'Instructions/Notes' box at checkout. A refund will not be accepted. If you would like to return the substituted item, you will be liable to pay for any postage charges incurred. To return an ordered item/s you must email us at info@bazaarfoods.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. The customer will be liable to pay for any postage charges incurred.

Orders that contain fragile items such as Pani Puri, although we will always strive to pack to avoid them being broken, we cannot guarantee and Bazaar Foods will not be liable to provide a refund. If you would like us to send it via a fragile service this will come at an additional charge - please contact us if you would like to find out more and arrange a fragile delivery for your order on 01908 564848.

 

 

If you are requested to return the goods to Bazaar Foods, for inspection prior to refund or exchange. The customer will be responsible for paying all postage charges involved. It is recommended that you keep proof of postage as Bazaar Foods will not be liable for any lost or damaged goods in transit. Any postage charges incurred by Bazaar Foods will be deducted from the original amount to be refunded.
